Associate Attorney
Nicole M. Palmer joined The Law Offices of T. Scott Leo, P.C. as an associate in September 2026. Prior to joining the firm, Nicole worked in insurance defense litigation and represented creditors in bankruptcy cases. Nicole’s practice now focuses on surety law, construction litigation, probate bond claims and bankruptcy.
Nicole is originally from Connecticut and earned her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island in 2023. As a law student, she worked with the Pro Bono Collaborative to provide legal counsel to both unrepresented tenants facing eviction and incarcerated women.
Nicole earned her undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Rhode Island, where she was a founding member and Treasurer for the Economic Student Association. Nicole was also a member of Phi Sigma Sigma at the University of Rhode Island.
