Attorney Profile: Grant T. Rougas

Grant joined The Law Offices of T. Scott Leo, P.C. in 2022.  He handles complex surety claims, breach of contract claims, probate bond claims, bankruptcy and commercial litigation.

He graduated from the University of Illinois – Chicago School of Law, where he was a member of the Dean’s List. As a law student, he served as a Student Attorney at the Fair Housing Legal Support Center & Clinic, providing critical counsel to disenfranchised individuals and advocating for their rights in cases involving discriminatory housing practices.

Grant earned his undergraduate degree in Communications from the University of Illinois – Urbana/Champaign, where he learned communication and analytical skills that help him now provide effective counsel and assistance to the firm’s clients.
